ASPEP's three primary purposes are:

1. To bargain collectively (i.e. negotiate for the membership) with the companies in matters concerning salaries, wages, hours, working conditions, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment
2. To protect and enhance the professional status and welfare of Lockheed Martin RMS, ATL, C&I, and L3 Harris engineers
3. To ensure the best possible job security by being present in Washington D.C. for matters such as program and funding issues that affect our current jobs and future business
